From listed organizations: When an organization purchases a listing, we collect the organization name, contact name, email address, phone number, category, hours, website, logo, photos, and description — the information that appears on the organization's public profile page.

From site visitors: If you contact us through a form, we collect what you voluntarily provide (such as your name, email, and message). We may also collect anonymized analytics data such as pages visited and time spent on the site.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: (1) create and maintain directory listings; (2) process payments and manage subscriptions; (3) communicate with listed organizations about their accounts, renewals, and updates; (4) respond to messages and recommendations submitted through our forms; (5) improve the website and user experience; and (6) comply with legal obligations.

Payments

Listing payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full credit card details on our servers. Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy and security practices.

Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies are only activated after you consent through our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw consent at any time, and you can also control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

The information a listed organization provides for its listing — name, logo, photos, description, and contact details — is displayed publicly on its profile page by design. Listing information is intended for publication and remains public while the listing is active.

Tracking on Organization Profiles

To help listed organizations understand how their profiles perform, we track simple engagement events such as profile views and clicks to call, email, or visit a website. This data is aggregated, first-party, and shared only with the organization it relates to. It is not used to build advertising profiles of individual visitors.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to opt out of marketing communications, and to withdraw cookie consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and as required by applicable law.

Data Retention

We keep listing information for as long as a listing is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Messages submitted through our forms are kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable period after. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-Party Links

Organization profiles link to external websites, including the organizations' own sites and social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Please review their policies before sharing information with them.
