These terms explain how The Ministry Network works and what you can expect from us. They are provided for general information and are not legal advice.

What The Ministry Network Is

The Ministry Network is an online directory that connects churches, schools, and non-profits with organizations that offer services for ministry operations. We provide listings, profiles, and search tools. We are not a party to any relationship, agreement, or transaction between a visitor and a listed organization.

No Endorsement of Listed Organizations

Listings are paid placements, not endorsements. We do not screen, evaluate, certify, or guarantee any listed organization, and a listing does not mean we recommend or stand behind that organization's work, products, or services. The placement of a listing reflects its purchased listing level. We encourage visitors to review each organization's profile, website, and references, and to make their own decisions before engaging them.

Listings and Subscriptions

Organizations purchase listings at one of two annual levels — Essential Listing or Premium Listing — billed through our payment processor. A listing remains active for the period purchased. We may decline a listing, or remove a listing, for content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or otherwise incompatible with the directory, in which case our obligation is limited to the treatment described at the time of purchase. Listed organizations are responsible for the accuracy of the information on their profiles and for keeping it current.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by scraping or republishing directory content without permission, submitting false or misleading information, interfering with the site's operation, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these terms.

Intellectual Property

The Ministry Network name, design, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Listed organizations keep ownership of their own names, logos, photos, and descriptions, and grant us permission to display that material on their profiles and in promoting the directory while their listing is active.

Limitation of Liability

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ministry Network and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or disputes arising from your use of the site or from your dealings with any listed organization. Any engagement with a listed organization is solely between you and that organization.

Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the site, and we may update these terms, from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
